Introducing the HR Helpdesk Agent

HR Helpdesk Agent is our first step in building toward this vision. It's designed to help employees get quick, accurate answers to their employment-related questions without waiting for HR team availability.


Here's how it works: employees can chat with the agent directly in Slack or Microsoft Teams - the tools they already use every day. The agent consults your HR knowledge sources, typically your intranet or cloud storage, to provide relevant answers. Because it's integrated with Introist, the agent can also utilize employee information from our platform to curate answers even better, providing responses that are specific to each person's situation.

Managing data access precisely

One of the most critical aspects of deploying AI in HR is controlling what the agent can and cannot see. Introist provides the benefit of precisely managing the agent's data access using our existing data model. This means you can exclude any and all sensitive information, ensuring the agent only works with appropriate HR documentation while keeping confidential data completely off-limits.
